Holiday Beverages

Halloween is a wash, so I'm getting started early on being disappointed by dairy-free eggnogs.

The So Delicious one is called Coconog in French, which is way cuter than the dull English "Holiday Coconut Nog", but even the name can't save it from being too thin, not fatty enough (2.5 grams, get out of my face),
and not nutmeggy enough. Also, the name is a warning: it's basically coconut flavoured. Might make an okay tiki drink in a pinch with pineapple and the right booze?

@erinbee still waiting for someone to put out a themed pagan beverage around the winter holidaze called Tír na Nog...

Holiday Beverages

@june Really surprised a craft distillery hasn't, tbh

@erinbee

Why not Nega-Nog? wasted potential.

Holiday Beverages

@Mainebot @erinbee Naga-Nog, it's half serpent. or maybe its nog for people who are part serpent. which seems like it'd be appropriate for residents of gorgon.city

@erinbee I haven’t tried to make it dairy free, but I’ve had good results making homemade egg nog. It’s much easier than I expected, and tastes much better than packaged stuff. foodnetwork.com/recipes/alton-
